Thorsten Meyer

Thorsten Meyer is Library Director of the ZBW – Leibniz-Information Centre for Economics and heads the division of Collection Management and Metadata. Since 2004, he has worked in various fields at the ZBW, e.g. establishing the licence management of electronic resources, converting the portal EconBiz from project status into productive operation. Amongst others, he is member of div. working groups and project boards of LIBER and partners as well as of the European Busines School Librarians Group (EBSLG). He has a background in economics, business studies as well as library and information sciences. His current interests are open access transformation, digital skills and human resources development, work culture and digital strategies.
